Reflection On The Trainer Unprofessionalism

Though I was happy to start a new job, but, met with disappointment and frustration during my Commercial Driver License training, because of the trainer negative professionalism. However, during the course of my training one faces a series of issues regarding the process of training. But, the way the trainer conducted herself created an atmosphere of uneasiness which resulted in fear and nervousness. Nevertheless, I was very perturb of trainer unprofessionalism and treatment towards me. As a result, I was strong and determined to finish my training regardless of the trainer unprofessionalism.
Moreover, during the first week of my training that began in the classroom at 6:00 a.m. which started with watching several videos regarding defensive driving. Then, trainer explained the series of videos stressing the important key point of defensive driving. The next class session we reviewed all of what was done during class. Subsequently, we took a knowledge test at the end of the first week. But at the end of that class session we were given information about the trainer and the scheduled date for the Commercial Driver License (CDL) Testing. I started training January 2, my test date was set for January 17 2013.

Trainer then said “think you should call and get your job back, because this is not the job for you.” The trainer behavior made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. As the training continues, the trainer continue with more criticisms instead of focusing on ways to prepare me to be a successful bus operator. After series of event I went to report my situation to the human resources office but the outcome was unsatisfactory. They decided for me to be a bus attendant instead of being a bus
