Moreover, taxi drivers commonly work at least 10 hours on a daily basis and this also causes them to have chronic illnesses such as neck and back pain (Benson, 2010).
In addition, physical inactivity can lead to fatigue (Norman, 2010). This is evident as one out of three taxi drivers in Singapore suffer from driver fatigue (Ng, 2015), such as decreased level of alertness and sleepiness.This can be life threatening towards themselves and their passengers
