Drive Thru Research Paper

Decent Essays
Almost all fast food restaurants have a drive-thru in it. Some of them have it different ways and are more organized than others. I think all fast food restaurants with drive thru should have two separate windows to be more organized the give the customer a better service.
An example of this would be McDonald's which has two separate windows in their drive thru, they use one for taking the money and the other one for giving out people’s food and drinks, This may have many benefits but it can also have some disadvantages. For example, if they have two window, that means that they have to hire more people at least one for the taking money window and i would say like two to three for passing out the food, which means they would have to spend more
