sooner, one can easily observe the accompanying concerns among our adult population-
and our lawmakers. One example of this is a recent proposition suggesting that students
should be banned from driving to and from school if their area provides bus services. The
reason for this idea is that doing this would simultaneously relieve traffic congestion and
fix morning tardiness issues. However, I submit that such an action would be undesirable
for both the students and the school.
