Drinking alcohol can be no joke when knowing a person is pregnant. A teratogen is a drug or other substance capable of interfering with the development of an embryo fetus that may lead to birth defects or developmental malformations [1]. It could be very useful when someone has consumed alcohol while pregnant. Now, if I were to have seen someone consume alcohol and smoking a cigarette at a bar, seeing that they are a couple months pregnant, I would walk up to her and tell her my concerns.
Since she smiled at me, I would walk over to her and start small talk. Ask what her name is, what is she drinking, and maybe even ask her how her day was. If she had a hard day, then I would ask her what happened and that I do not mind her venting to me. After
