Many people have seen olympic level dressage on television, the horses seem to do intricate maneuvers as the rider sits almost motionless. But dressage is not just fancy moves with hard names to pronounce, dressage involves many horse training secrets to teach a horse to become supple, balanced and responsive

The goal of dressage training is to develop a horses flexibility, responsiveness and balance. This makes the horse stronger and more pleasurable to ride. If you are a newbie and have always had a passion for horses, dressage is the sport for you as you can choose to compete or just for fun, which is called classical dressage.

Dressage training is hard work, dress in comfortable layers according to the weather, i look at the training
