In most schools the dress code for female students is very strict. To justify this dress code most people say it is to keep male students focused on school. But, why is it a girl’s job to make sure the boys can concentrate. Most times, if this dress code isn’t properly followed the girls are sent home. At what point do you take girls out of school altogether because boys can’t handle them? This is indicating to the all girls that the male students’ education is more important than theirs. This is indicating to girls that the way they dress is more important than getting an education. We should be teaching boys to not oversexualize females, instead of teaching girls to alter themselves for boys. Shoulders and legs are not a distraction. It
