Dress Code Pros

School dress codes can have many uses. The policy can also improve the institute in many aspects. It can also make students comfortable around other students and prevent teasing. On the other hand, some people believe that students need to be able to adapt and the policy is not helping at all. The dress code can have beneficial impact on the school. The school dress code can improve many aspects of the school. According to the article “ Pros and cons of school dress code “ by Wayne Steffen states, “It seems that if a dress or uniform code can possibly improve academic success, reduce violence, increase the safety of students, reduce class/economic envy and improve deteriorating schools, why not implement one?” As we can see if we implement it can improve a dress code it can improve how well a student is doing, lessen the amount of violence, make students feel more safe, lessen the economic envy and improve schools before they get worse. When we implement the policy it can possibly get rid of the problems the school had been having like the amount of violence or the economic envy. Also, girls get clothes from their parents and are expected to wear them.” True the policy does have many problems, on the other hand it’s for the safety of the students.
