Dress code in Montana is proven to teach students appropriate behavior(5). It is important because it helps kids learn in a favorable environment. Dress Code helps with problems such as inappropriate dressing, behavior and concerned parents. Dress Code has been around for quite a while because it is effective and non bias. Some people will dress inappropriately without a dress code and that is one of the main reasons it is still being used throughout the U.S. Some inappropriate clothing students wear are crop tops and shorts that are too short. Students will wear this type of clothing and show skin for attention(6). Without a dress code multiple students will choose to dress this way for attention(6).
