Wind-Wolf was an Indian 5 year old in kindergarten. His teacher assumed that he was a slow learner because Wing-Wolf was not learning what was being taught in class at the same rate as his classmates. The teacher tried to use the same methods of teaching he used with the rest of the class which was not the way Wind-Wolf was taught. The teacher should have tried different methods of teaching such as, verbal, logical, spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, or naturalist intelligence to find a better way to teach Wind-Wolf. Is the U.S.A justified in sending Japanese residents to Manzanar and other camps like it? Yes, the U.S. was at war with Japan and they had to take precautions because they were worried that the Japanese would interfere with the war. The treatment the Japanese had at the camps is not justified though, they lived in humiliation and poor living conditions. Also it was wrong for the U.S. to hold the loyal Japanese citizens against their will. Of course the U.S. would be justified to hold Japanese residents in concentration camps.…

Winnit wanted to put up a statue to show his religion, but he put it right in front of another religious statue. Official take it down thus making Winnit mad, so he files a lawsuit demanding to put it back up. The District court ruled in favor of the officials saying that it wasn’t a violation of freedom of exercise of religion, and if the troll was kept would act as government speech, which is a violation of the First Amendment. The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals disagreed with both the District and eventually the Supreme Court. I have a dissenting opinion with the majority with the Supreme Court.…

Dragons, long lost to the world of Tamriel, have mysteriously returned. The future of Skyrim hangs in the balance as they wait for the prophesized Dragonborn to come; a hero born with the power of The Voice, and the only one who can stand amongst the dragons (also known as you, however you start the game as a prisoner and have to escape in order to find out who you really are) you go on quests to achieve your goals and the more you complete the more you level up. If you have to share any of the consoles with your parents, I recommend not downloading Skyrim. You will not get your Tv back. The cost of the game varies between consoles.…

It’s hard to believe today that Walt Disney was once fired because he “lacked imagination and had no ideas,” or that the Beatles were cut from a record level because the company didn’t think that they had a future in show business. (Weismen) Still harder to believe is that J.K. Rowling’s world famous book ‘Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone’ was rejected by no less than 12 publishers before it was finally published in 1997 at the insistence of Bloomsbury chairman, Nigel Newton’s daughter Alice. In the articles “Three Cheers for the Nanny State,” “Ban the Ban!,” and “Soda’s a Problem but…”, all three authors present their arguments with facts, opinions, and counterclaims. However, one article presents itself better than the rest. I believe that the article “Soda’s a Problem, but...” was the most convincing article.
