Good morning? Thank you again for your consideration of waving my punctuality points. This was not what I had intended to do with the PICO because you had already given me your final decision. My mindset at the time of researching and tweaking was so far off, that I could not put things into perspective. Everyone of us do have issues or problems of some kind, but mine seems to be lingering for so long that, way too long, at times just feel like throw in the towel. Although my grades are not bad, there is always room for improvement. In my book, there is always room for improvement. I was not born in this country and is very grateful for the opportunity that my was given to me by heavenly Father. I always set a very high standard
