There are many stakeholders in this particular situation. Dr.Vajii, Leo, and the students involved are the major stockholders. Dr.Vajii is viewed as a teacher and a supervisor. He his someone with authority and is someone that is suppose to help. The students that have expressed their concerns about Leo will be affected by how Dr. Vajii resolves the issue. If nothing is done this will have a negative affect on other student and students may lose respect for Dr. Vajii. If something is done they will feel understood.
