I enjoy this quote by Dr. Trueblood because it speaks to everybody. It has a meaning that almost motivates me. The quote says that if you make a small plan or anything small it will not move the people around you. You have to do something that is big in order to get recognition which is true nowadays. It truly puts having goals to fruition with just this quote. In my earlier years, I was largely inspired by Christopher McCandless, or known by his moniker as Alexander Supertramp. His story portrayed in the book and the movie Into the Wild speaks volume to me. It shaped my perception of living as I find myself going through phases in life. A similar figure that inspire me is Henry David Thoreau. In his book, Walden, he wrote, “most of the luxuries and many of the so-called comforts of life are not only not indispensable, but positive hindrances to the elevation of mankind.”…

Bad decisions, makes the best stories. Truitt Odom One way to get the most out of life is to look upon it as a adventure. ~ William Feather.
