Attending the University of Nevada, Reno on a Charles F Cutts Scholarship, Timothy D Francis served as the vice president of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and graduated as scholar of the year. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in biology, he matriculated at the LA College of Chiropractic where he gained admittance to the Delta Sigma National Honor Society and ultimately earned his doctor of chiropractic with magna cum laude distinction.
