John Brown was examined by our client Dr. Thomas Furlow on August 3. During the examination our client noticed an infected tooth. At that time Dr. Thomas Furlow proceeded to inform Mr. Brown that it would be in his best interest if he returned to the office to pull the infected tooth. Unfortunaly, instead of taking Dr. Thomas Furlows' advice Mr brown decided to go on vacation. Because of his own decision to ignore a professional recommendation, Mr. Browns' infected tooth started to cause medical issues. Mr Brown then filed a complaint against Dr. Furlow for not extracting his infected tooth on his examination day.
