Discipleship is a word that a lot of churches throw around but rarely carry out a process to which a person can be brought from conversion to maturity. Dr. Robby Gallaty, the pastor of Long Hollow Baptist Church, claims that the one essential element of discipleship is replication/reproduction. He goes on to state in one of his sermons that Discipleship is the twenty-first-century reformation. The three main resources it takes for discipleship are manpower, money, and mandate. If you are going to succeed in discipleship Dr. Gallaty gives three main groups that you must work on. The first is your corporate gathering and this is where all the believers come together as one and worship God.
