In the speech titled 'Family Medical Histories: A Proven Lifesaver' the author, Steven Harris, puts forward that the medical profession does not pay enough attention to the patient's family medical histories. He argues this lack of attention is the culprit in the misdiagnosis of hundreds of patients as most are hereditary diseases. Much truth lies in the argument posed by Harris because there have been genetic links found between generations of carriers of diseases. However, Harris overlooks other scenarios for the contraction of the diseases mentioned in the article.…

What hidden hereditary diseases do they have?’ From Dr. Moalem 's book, I found several sections particularly eye opening.…

Dr. Rank, this character appears in the story as one of the main characters; he takes part of the talks, along with Helmer, Nora, Krogstad and Mrs. Linde. However, at first reading, his role seems pointless and may disappear from the play without changing much the thought of it. Dr. Rank appears to the readers as a ordinary character in the life of the Helmers, while he was constantly in and out of the house without request. Also, he is totally in love with Nora, although he can only manifest it at the approach of his death.…
