Helping people, if you are one of those people that just love to help each and every one with their problems then you are looking in the right spot for a job. As some of us know this job comes with listening skills. For some of us it is very hard to do that. If you just like to talk and not listen to the other person or in this place the patient then I am very sorry to say but psychology is not for you, unless you learn how to listen. Listening clearly a limiting factor for most of us but so is writing. Taking notes can be boring, I know, but it is not just for you it is for the patient. Not taking good notes can affect you in a big way than what you think it does. It can bring you down and make you lose patients so take better notes is essential, not for your sake, but the patients.
