“Ummmm…… For 5 years I was behind bars for attempted murder, was on probation for a year, then I went to Georgia and ended up getting a job in a factory, in Savannah, for the next 14 years. For those 20 years, I haven’t gone on a date, since you,” answered Kyle.
Remembering all of those memories together and sharing what they have done the past 20 years, the night was drifting away. Around 8 o’clock, that night, Emily and Kyle both remembered that they both had a meeting with Dr. Morgan Rylie the next afternoon.
The next day at 11 o’clock in the morning, Kyle and Emily both met up at Harrison’s house before the meeting. They both talked for a while, then Emily asked something.
She asked, “Why did you not go on a date, ever, after we broke up?”
Kyle cleared his throat, looked down and started to answer. “Well, you were my first love, you are my only love, and you are the only one that I’ll ever love.”
Emily asked, “So… I was the reason why you are still single?”
Kyle, just looking around and into the garage, just silent because he felt that she already knew the answer.
About an hour later, they were in Dr. Rylie’s office. Dr. Rylie told Emily and Kyle Harrison’s wishes, where he wanted his ashes to be spread, and that he had also given the two of them 3

The property wasn’t so big, but it was nice, they thought. Kyle and Emily walked down by the lake and sat on a log by the water, and talked for a while. They both told each other things they never knew about each other and Kyle told Emily about the real reason he broke up with her. Emily felt better when Kyle told her because all of those years she was confused and upset. Soon, he led her inside because there were dark clouds and rain was coming.
