Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. grew up in a time when most people in the country were either racist or prejudice. He had whit friends but his friend’s parents banned her kids from playing with him because he was black He is one of the main people that led the civil rights movement in the south. He gave great speeches across the country that moved many people.
He was inspired by Rosa parks when she refused to give up her seat on a bus to the white person. he also helped star the boycott against the buses that were segregated. Until one day the supreme court banned segregated busses in the whole country saying that it was illegal for the buses to be segregated.
