When thinking of visionary leaders, Dr. Martin Luther King, Sir Richard Bronson, Jeff Bezos, and Elon Musk are a few that quickly came to mind. What do they all have in common? How are they able to motivate others to follow them toward their vision? If they are, visionaries who a BHAG, such as bringing space travel into everyone’s daily lives or human rights equality. Great leadership consists of fundamentals that reach core desires and principles.
