To me, I believe this quote says a lot about today’s society. Most people don’t understand this quote until they get older in age. Another thing I will have to think about is how I will pay for my meal plans for college. All of these things are running through my mind as I am about to set in for college. So at this point in my life, I have to focus on myself and no one else than myself. But when I get to the age around 70, I will have a home that will be payed off and possibly be retired from my job. So at the age, I can start putting myself in peoples shoes. I might donate clothes to the Salvation Army because I know someone will desperately need a coat in the winter time. I might donate money to the kids in Africa that are starving to death and need clean water to survive. And maybe, I might donate blood to a person that is facing death and needs blood for survival. All of these things follow Dr. Kings quote, to always put others before
