Dr. Conery presented Catalina Foothills School District’s aggregate and school results. Dr. Conery shared information on performance categories and how the district, school, and families can use them in relation to the test for English, Language Arts (ELA) and mathematics. The statewide results for AzMERIT were released on November 30, based on aggregated scores CFSD was the highest performing Tucson-area district in every subject and grade level, exceeding all statewide averages. The scoring categories are aligned to groups of standards in ELA and Mathematics and can be used by district schools to inform future instruction.
