Dr Capiro Case Study

D/A: Mr. Collins had no medical appointment this week. Consumer met with his Psychiatrist Dr. Capiro on 12/26/16. Dr. Capiro provided consumer a comprehensive, psychiatric & medication review and an assessment of his needs. Consumer was asked pertinent questions and appears to understand the answers. The review and assessment determined that medications were appropriate and consistent with his current health condition. He continues to sing loudly to himself and use his oxygen gas more frequently.
On 12/28, consumer asked Case Manager (this writer), where can he buy the best sub? He stated that he would like to go out the following week to buy a sub. I suggested the local food store in the community and will support him with transportation.
