DQF4: Leadership

1. The theory I agree with.

I lean toward a transformational theory of leadership, that is frequently the best initiative style to use in business.
Transformational leaders demonstrate trustworthiness, and they know industry standards to build up a powerful and rousing vision without bounds. They spur individuals to accomplish this vision, they deal with its conveyance, and they assemble ever more grounded and more effective groups.

But, frequently we have to adjust our style to fit a particular team or circumstance.

2. The theory I disagree with.

Trait Theories underline upon the attributes or characteristics of leaders, which prompt their lead to their viability. The Trait Theories couldn’t build up
