Lately, in our society, some people have been raving about going gluten-free. Every day, more and more people seem to be jumping on the gluten-free band wagon... at full speed. Those in the food industry seem to cater to the gluten-free hysteria. They label almost every product so individuals will know if what they're eating has gluten in it; whereas before, these labels were scarce. Better yet, these industries are selling more gluten-free products than ever before! All is right in the food world! Or so one would think. There are down sides to being gluten-free (I would know because I'm gluten-free for medical reasons). Gluten-free food normally lacks in taste and texture.
