People who was born at the same time will always have the same character, and those who was born during the same period, which is always ten or twenty years, will become the new generation. And in this way, people call the people who was born between 1980s and the early 2000s millennials. As this generation grows up, people find they have many differences other than their parents’ generation. According to what Douglas Main says in his article “Who Are the Millennials?”, the Millennials is always lazy, narcissistic and lack the sense of responsibility.
