As Doug and Jennie work on developing a foundation for the starting of their restaurant they work through their own relationships, defining their true customers, and finding a way to stand out from their two main competitors, moderately upscale and Asian-cuisine restaurants in order to create a solid customer base allowing them to stay in business.
