In a situation in which a patient shows up for an appointment on the wrong date and time first I would apologies her. Then I double check for her appointment date and time. I would ask her in future reference if it ok to send her remaining appointment card. The strategies I can use in this circumstance I check with the physician first and let the physician know the situation. If the physician is able to see a patient on that day a be glad to tell her but if it not happen I let her reschedule. I would apologies her again for the inconvenience and
