Double Booking: A Case Study

There's what is called double booking when scheduling on a same day emergency situations. Patients would get scheduled a first come serve appointment. Patients have the ability to setting an appointment. The staff feels that when patients call to make an appointment has been effective and easy. The case when making appointment is that the patient don't often make show up. When patients does not make it in then there's an open spot. The problem with no shows is that it's a new patient who are the ones are doing this. The situation can't be fix by closing out the appointment for patients to make. We just need work around everything. I would go with the situation and find ways to just work around with scheduling even if the problem is with the
