In the adventurous Disney Pixar film Finding Nemo, directed by Andrew Stanton and Lee Unkrich, we see Dory, a sociable and carefree Blue Tang fish, go through life with a positive attitude.. In the beginning of the film, Finding Nemo when Marlin meets Dory she tells him “I suffer from short-term memory loss. It runs in my family. At least I think it does… Hm. Where are they?” (Stanton, Unkrich, x:xx) As you can tell it must be frustrating to be confused every two seconds but the way Dory handles it she is always optimistic and she just keeps swimming.
