Per Reporter: Doreatha has custody of Cortlynn. Cortlynn’s mother (Darchiniqua) lives in DC and her father (Cort) is deceased. The home is cluttered. The family lives in a three-bedroom home. Cortlynn sleeps in the bed with Doreathea. The room that is supposed to be Cortlynn’s room has three beds in it, which is where the other family members sleep. Doreathea picks up things off the street. Doreatha recently picked a raccoon, which she initially stated that she would eat it. The raccoon now has worms and are concerns for Cortlynn being in the home. In May 2017, Cortlynn was seen with mosquito bites; Cortlynn mentioned that she was bitten by bugs. There are also concerns of bed bugs being in the home. Cortlynn disclosed (9/21/17) that she hadn’t
