Donna Hay is a 47-year-old who has a remarkable career as a chef. She has written 33 cookbooks, has her own magazine and has written seven fiction books.

She won an “ASTRA Award for Favourite Female Personality” in 2012.

She discovered her love and passion for cooking at just eight years old when she raised a mixing bowl. This is where her journey began.

Donna Hay’s career as a food writer and stylist started when she was just 25. She was appointed as food editor for Marie Claire and soon became the food editor for Marie Claire Lifestyle.

From there, her career took off. Landing her own cooking show in 2011 called “Fast, Fresh, Simple” on Foxtel’s Lifestyle channel.

Donna Hay published her first cookbook in 1998 called “Entertaining”,
