The total number of valid color complaints has impacted the final rating on Donell’s review as the department increased from 5 in 2014 to 12 in 2015. It is very important that the maintenance of the machine is performed daily, so it works at its optimal performance. Many things such as cleaning the tinting head, cleaning filters, keeping the canisters filled, making sure colorants are mixed properly and performing the one ounce test weekly to make sure pumps and valves are not going bad. Charlie, in your second year with the Quality Department I have seen you take initiative in the administrative part of the Quality Administrator job by pick up tasks that were handled by a previous team member, including bay set sheets, inspection data entry and DMR administration. You continue to show that you can effectively support the manufacturing lines working on 2nd shift by responding to the teams when called upon in most cases. To immediately address the areas that have fallen in the Development Needed, you need to continue to focus on two things; “Ability to recognize problems and act” and “Initiative”. Each of these areas has not necessarily been performed poorly, but are areas that I have not seen substantial focus or effort to improve…

Because of the way sales are currently setup with DSI Lydell will need to set new territories for his six sale reps. When doing so he will need to select the basic control unit within his market area (p. 264). Florida is a large state so braking down the territories into counties will be his best option for the sales reps . Defining the sales territories should be at the top of his list. If using the metropolitan statistical area (MSA) map in determining sales coverage, Tampa (Hillsborgh County) 1 rep, St. Petersburg (Pinellas County) 1 rep, Miami (Dade County) 2 reps, Orlando (Orange County) 2 reps is how the territories should be laid out. When children start to understand English they are able to follow one-step request that are given to them. For example, when the teacher walks with the little girl and tells her, “is that yours can you please clean it up,” and only point to the trash on the table she is demonstrating a request that has a contextual cue, which helps the child see her focus and she listens and follows through with the request by graving her trash and dumping it in the trash can. At this stage in development ELL children are able to understand request and direction in English with the support of contextual cue or without, they can accomplish a one-step task on their own demonstrating that they are developing their new language skills by being able to establish…

The New York Inspector General’s report of investigation of the trace evidence section of the New York state police forensic investigation center began as an inquiry of Garry Veeder’s failure to use state required tests while conducting analysis and falsifying records. As the investigation continued, more issues were discovered stemming from previous employees and management. Veeder failed to conduct state required tests during fiber analysis and successfully hid it for many years. Poor training prior to obtaining his position was the basis for his reasoning. An individual employee has an ethical responsibility to the company for which they work for, to provide the best work they are capable of in the hopes of furthering the growth of the company.…

Nathaniel Hawthorne's "The Birth-check" has been deciphered as an anecdote about the duality of human presence, the inclination for a thought over a human life, male feelings of dread of monthly cycle or potentially female sexuality, the murder of a spouse without legitimate outcomes, and even nineteenth-century work conditions and practices. In spite of the striking decent variety of these readings, they all concede to one key point: the over the top idea of Aylmer's response to the little blood red check on Georgiana's generally white cheek. Hawthorne's choice to make a skin coloration the concentration of his story merits cautious thought. Writer need to focus alone outrageous reactions to her skin pigmentation and propose that they can…

The defendant himself is quoted as having said “I just left it”1 implying blatant carelessness in his conduct. This solidifies the fact that his direct actions were the cause of the fire, which would support the prosecutors approach to building the case based on this failure to act. However, the decision to apply case law and create a case on the basis of omission is questionable. Alternatively, the prosecutors could have opted for an alternative and less ambiguous route of recklessness and negligence. By doing so, they could argue based on a positive action, which was him recklessly lighting a cigarette indoors rather than his failure to act.…
