CM received a call from Columbia County dispatch @ 2:36 regarding Terralyn Murphy and Dontae Starks. CM Gilmore arrived at Howard Johnson hotel located on Jimmy Dykes Parkway at 3:15p.m. Sgt Cox explained to CM Gilmore the current situation regarding a stolen car that involved Terralyn is the Bmo of Harmony Murphy-DOB:2/24/2010 and Cierra Rose-DOB: 8/3/2012. Donate Starks is the paramour in the incident. Sgt Cox explained the current situation regarding a car that was stolen, and spray painted black. Sgt. Cox also advised that they a lead suspects in a robbery. CM Gilmore was advised the both Miss. Murphy and Mr.

Cm Gilmore explained the reason for the interview. Mr. Starks reported the following: o Dontae, they came to Augusta, Ga to start over and make a better life. o Dontae reported that he is originally from Augusta, Ga, which is why he was familiar with the city. o Dontae, denied the allegations regarding the meth that was found on him. o Dontae, reported that he had the drugs in his pocket, but they belonged to a man that was still in the hotel. o Dontae, reported that are bullets in the car that to his dad.
