Who Is Donald Trump's Controversial Speech

Donald Trump’s, our 45th president, speech on Charlottesville was meant to temporarily heal, almost like an Advil. Donald begins with explaining his appearance, what the current situation is, he begins trying to make the situation positive when it was not. Furthermore, President Trump had failed to speak more on the state of the country on that sad day, which lead to him receiving criticism. There are many ways on how a person should react to certain things within the country, some would say that President Trump seemed emotionless while others would think that he was doing the best he could in his position. Even though he was doing the best he could in his position to help ease tension, which was seemingly insincere and temporary, he only made this speech in order to "appease" the angered Americans, the people that were criticizing him.

Even during his speech, he talks, brags, of what he was able to do and speaks onto what he was unable to stop. As President, this manner was out of his reach, some would say, but there were many measures that could have been taken to better serve the people, lives wouldn’t have been lost if we were all able to follow up on the First Amendment.
