January 20,2017 was Donald Trump’s inauguration. Donald Trump was sworn into presidency, and Obama left. A lot of things happened that day. America changed that day. That day will forever be in our history.

The inauguration had people performing like 3 Doors Down, Lee Greenwood, Toby Keith, Chrisette Michele, and Travis Greene. After Melania and Donald Trump went to a church to pray for Donalds presidency. They then went to meet with Michelle and Barack Obama for tea and coffee. Then Melania Trump, and Michelle Obama rode together to the inauguration. Vice presidents Biden, and Pence rode in a car together. Right after came Barack Obama and Donald Trump who rode in a car called The Beast. It is a car that is bulletproof and bomb proof. They rode all the way to inauguration where Trumps kids, people who were running against him, secretary of state, all kinds of other people.

As they were walking through the hall there was a line of Marines holding up their guns for respect every time someone would walk by them. After Michelle came out, President Obama and vice president Joe Biden. Finally vice president elect Pence and Trump come out. Some people from different christian beliefs gave prayers. Roy Blunt came up and gave a speech about the inauguration, then choir sang. After the vice president was sworn in, a band played right followed by Donald Trump being sworn in.
