Donald Trump's Argumentative Analysis

America is a democracy where citizens have the right to vote for a representative who is qualified to make executive decisions. This year’s candidate, Donald Trump is not entitled to be the elected head of the republican state due to his racial comments, chauvinistic beliefs in the inferiority of women, and Trump’s title as a businessman who is inexperienced in politics.
Trump proclaims that due to the Mexican’s actions, they are ”...bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists”(Donald, 2015). To stereotype a race based on puerile presumptions is aggravating. The amount of ignorance needed to assume the worst in a race is astonishing. Rapists do not specifically categorize Mexicans, they come in all races and colors: American, African American, European, Asian, Chinese, etc. Rape is one of the most demeaning actions upon a human being. Rape is a violation of the human body, but to argue that Mexicans or Mexican immigrants as a whole are rapists is despicable. “Some I assume are good people”(Trump,2015). In a scandalizing video of Trump and Billy Bush, Trump carelessly spoke about aggressively grabbing a woman by her genitalia and forcibly kissing her without consent. A man who wants to be the leader of the United States of America is speaking of actions through the guidelines of sexual assault. “Fat, dog, pig, slob, etc.”(Washington Post, 2016). are a few choice words Trump has used to describe women. A well known political figure to utter such dreadful words is astonishing. Various people see the treatment of women from a man who is adored. Allowing the public to believe that this type of behavior and attitude is acceptable towards women is morally wrong. The question that should be asked is,” Is this the president we want for our daughters?”(Washington Post,2016). regardless the gender young girls should have a respectful role model who they can look up

After the capture of Patsy Daley and flushed with renewed vigour, Sir Frederick was soon back in the Wheogo area in search of Ben Hall, whom Pottinger once more came into close contact with at Sandy Creek station. It would appear that Ben Hall was either camped near or was staying at his former home and was being supplied with victuals and other comforts by Susan Prior and Ellen MaGuire. Whether Ben Hall understood or even contemplated at this early stage when he was crossing the lawful line to the unlawful line Ben Hall could have handed himself over to the law, no doubt for Ben Hall a custodial sentence would have been imposed, it was possible for Hall that a lenient sentence may have been brought down through Hall's good character references, as has been testified too by his esteemed friends from the district published in the many accounts of his fall from grace.…

Indeed, quiz show provides a feeling of everyone has equal opportunities to win no matter what job, talent, class, gender or race they are through doing same quizzes. As Holmes has argued about Fiske's explanation of games and rituals, games separate out winners from contestants as different, but rituals bringing different individuals in same levels and implying commonality (2008, p.93). In Mastermind, rituals fill in that idea by reducing individual's differences and make them compete at same starting line as equal competitor. For example, the host askes each contestant's name, job and the specialist area they choose to do the quiz before they start to answer, and tells competitors that each of them have equal time to answer the quizzes which…

The Supreme Court, as Justice Madison puts it, is the Supreme interpreter of the law, and all laws that are not constitutional must be strike down. Brandeis also thinks this way. He thinks the interpreter of the law has supervisory powers. They must be impartial and not allow a citizen or government official to break the law. If citizens break the law, then the appropriate punishment applies according to the statutes; however, if the government breaks the law, then sanctions applies to uphold the integrity of the law.…

Over the years, Trump has developed a record of being sexist towards women. He oppresses women by making vulgar comments and calling them names like “disgusting” and “unattractive.” The reason for Trump’s behavior is uncalled for and is very unethical, but nobody can understand where his hatred and anger towards women originated from. According to the article “Self” by Nina Bahadur, who is also the author of the book “Every Single One”, and a writer and editor based in New York City, she believes that The reason for Trump’s actions is that he has a difficult time handling criticism from women because he doesn’t like being mocked or challenged. Evidence to look back on can consist of an outburst he had in the oval office to a few moments in his presidential campaign, tweets he has tweeted out of anger in the past, recordings of events that happened many years ago clearly showing…

My 2nd argument is that Donald Trump’s first 100 days in presidency have been detrimental to the status of women’s health and women’s rights. I will begin by mentioning Trump’s previous history with women, where several sexual assault claims were made against him and are still pending. Aside from these assault claims, there have been been incidents in which Trump has degraded women by calling them “dogs, gold diggers, bimbos, ugly, fat, miss piggy” and more. This being said, Trump also stated and I quote “26,000 unreported sexual assaults in the military-only 238 convictions. What did these geniuses expect when they put men & women together?”…

Domestic tranquility in the United States is outlined by the Constitution and can be better understood as the way in which society lives in harmony (Wilson). Unfortunately, society has not reached a state of tranquility yet. This can be traced to ideas of racism, sexism, and other means of discrimination in the United States. Although some strides have been made to try and counteract these modes of discrimination, society has recently taken a step back in its development towards a tranquil state. Specifically, the rhetoric used by Donald Trump has been linked to ideas of racism and sexism.…
