Donald Trump: Terrorists In The US

Decent Essays
In the USA Muslims are all seen as terrorist for more than 15 years. This is because Donald Trump has prohibited Muslims out for their religion. Trump sparked an uproar after a few of his speeches to ban Muslims. The ban is unlikely to happen although people in the crowd cheered. The issue of the ban also wasn't only Muslims including Hispanic and Mexicans because he believes they will bring drugs into America.
The truth is Muslims may be a surprise to America. Statistics are not as accurate but Muslims only take 1% of America's adult population. Only by the year 2050 there will be 2.1% in the population. Trump mainly just wants one of the main groups to be banned immigrants. In London another uproar grew which was to ban British Muslims

Trump has issued new executive orders that have shocked not only Americans, but also people from all over the world. Basically what these orders are to do is that they are intended to ban Muslims from seven countries from entering the United States. Even those who have been living in America for quite a while are to be deported to their countries. What is more devastating is that students who had their student visas from their home countries to come study in the USA are no more welcomed here and have to face these new abnormal orders. I think the new executive order is definitely intended to discriminate against Muslims because there were no terrorist attacks performed from people who are from these 7 countries in the U.S.…

Not all muslims are terrorist, but a large number of terrorists are muslim; people are simply scared of terrorism, especially after 9/11 (Doc. 7). People being afraid leads to social tension, which leads to a split nation. A divided nation is an antipathetic thing; it leads to uprising and nothing productive can occur. Germany registered 785,000 refugees entering the country, and is afraid that terrorists are hiding among the masses of immigrants (Doc. 9). It is near impossible to screen everybody and know for sure who is and is not a terrorist.…

The same way that society views Muslim people is the exact same way that the criminal justice process treats them which is unfair I believe. Because a person is Muslim the criminal system believe they are most likely to be a terrorist and automatically start monitoring individuals just because they are Muslim. For instance, Muslims are placed on watch list for one reason and that is because they are Muslim is really unfair to the individuals who do not take part in any violent or terrorist activities. The victims of crimes are served by being guaranteed that the individuals carrying out the crimes will be held accountable to their actions. Terrorist usually do not have the right to be represented by an attorney and are usually held in American Terrorist prison or jails for a long…

Muslims got beaten, ridiculed, and even killed by people that could not realize that not every Muslim seeks domination against the United States. Muslim men, women, and even children were scared to walk outside their home because of stubborn people that refuse to believe almost all Muslims perform no terrorist attacks. Some Arabic Muslims needed to perform religious statements condemning terrorism in front of Americans just to prove they are innocent in the 9/11 attack. It took one action from the Muslims to completely shun all of their peoples’…

After 9/11, prejudice and discrimination regarding the Islamic faith specifically rose. Muslim-Americans started uprooting their lives and fleeing their own homes out of fear of retaliation. The wound becomes fresher and fresher with every terrorist attack because the generalization that all people of the Islamic faith are terrorists becomes reinforced with no valid evidence. Nowadays, those who resemble a Middle Eastern heritage are under attack and considered below the majority. This is a direct threat to their quest for the American…

When talking about or referring to Muslims, weather its in the newspaper, through common conversations, or news broadcast, the words following are usually associated with violence, terrorism or being vigorous people. The question has been asked by American Muslims, why should fanatical groups whose terrorist behavior disobey the structural principles of Islam, determine the universal image of the entire Muslim community? American Muslims, who are protected under our constitution, experience the effects of the stereotypes they are given in countless ways. Some experience discrimination in the work force, when looking for a home, or even being harassed on the street when minding their own business. The extremes have gone as far as public transportation in New York sponsoring advertisements that say “It’s not Islamophobia, it’s…

EALC 275 PAPER 1 Comparison between a Confucian ruler and a Daoist ruler Donald Trump, the Republican nominee in 2016 for US president, has been addressing the radical Islamic terrorism issues in his election speech recently. According to BBC News on September 7, 2016, Donald Trump is planning to defeat the Islamic terrorists in 30 days when he comes to office in the White House. He is calling for more military weapons, more troops and planes to give IS a fast defeat. Even though it seems to be another audacious promise that Mr Trump has made, a lot of people would have to agree with him on fighting a political correct war given all these terrorist events happening around the world. One might argue that fighting the war against the Islamic…

The reason why Trump is banning Muslims from the US is because he says this will keep radical Islamic terrorists out of the US. This ban will also suspend the refugee system for 120 days. From Trump's perspective it is clear why he is banning the Muslims, but oddly enough, this ban does not affect the nationalities that were involved in the 9/11 attacks. Countries such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab and Emirates. Just before 8pm, after the evening prayers had just ended, a Trump supporter opened…

The Muslim religion is one of the most discriminated against minorities in the world. Many people believe that Muslim people are a threat to their society, and therefore treats them like they are inhuman and untrustworthy. Another minority that is greatly discriminated against is women. Sadly, there are people out there who have to deal with the marginalization of both women and the Muslim religion. Muslim women are treated unfairly in America (primarily after 9/11) and in their Islamic religion because many people assume that they are a threat and the Muslim religion has a strong male bias; if the media stops crucifying Muslim women and instead treats them as equals, then the world will be one step closer to ending discrimination against Muslim…
