Donald Trump is one of the brightest candidates for the presidency America. In the closing party Republican on July 21, Donald Trump made 75 minutes long speech with many shocking sentences. Donald Trump went straight to the policy owner to become the White House: "The murders have increased by 50%. My message is: it must change, and it needs to be changed right now ... We're going to build a larger border wall ..." President is the head of a country, however, he or she is not the has the right to decide everything. In this assignment, I am going to mention about the rights that the US president can and can not do, and also give examples to clarify the problem.
The United States is a federal republic political system implemented separation of powers. The US Constitution provides for the right of the Congress and Agencies, executive power belongs to the President and heads of the executive departments, and the judicial power belongs to the Judicial Brach include Supreme Court and the lower court. Each state has the constitutional system and separate legislation is not contrary to the Federal Constitution.
