When you think you are great at something you regularly show improvement over when you attempt to accomplish something you don't think you can do. Managers, mentors, coaches, and teachers have the force in their activities to cultivate the conduct they need to see, through positive and negative support. This force is created by something many refer to as the self-fulfilling prophecy. It is a prediction that makes itself materialize because of the straightforward reality that the prediction was made.
