Donald Trump was elected and he invited many of his followers to express a form of bold racism. Families have been interrupted by racist civilians in their neighborhoods, schools, and restaurants. One event that happened in a high school volleyball game is a great example on how Trump supporters have no compassion for others. Dallas new reported, “Archer City students chant "Build that wall" during a high school volleyball game and students also held Donald Trump/Mike Pence signs and what appeared to be a "Come and Take It" flag, which was flown at the Battle of Gonzales, the first military engagement in the Texas Revolution” (Caradonna). There are many cases as such and there are many that have not been reported. The number of people that have dealt with racism and microaggression is overwhelming. But racism isn’t new it’s been stuck to us since the world begun. It is important that society starts teaching compassion and kindness over cruelty and
