Donald Trump is a leader with the mentality of “my way or now way”. Today, his method is appropriate because jobs need to be completed as soon as possible. Everything is a race and competition these days and Trumps leadership skills are qualified to be able to complete everything in a timely fashion with high quality. Although leaders are fit for the situation they are in, there is some flaws with how they take on the task. For example, Trump’s proposal to eliminate immigration gained the popular vote but will never get the electoral vote because his proposal is ineffective.
