Donald Trump is a complicated leader. His leadership style is a mixture of transformational, charismatic, and authoritative. What makes him complicated is that he does not stick to one, which is a good thing to show versatility, but shows uncertainty for the public. That is because the public do not know how he would respond to certain situation.
