For instance the author said in source #3 paragraph 5 sentence 2 it states,”It can also be difficult to wake up after a long nap.” (Ask the Sleep Doctor)Based on this evidence, I can conclude that if you take a long nap you might not want to wake up and if you don’t get up and take a long nap then you can’t go to sleep at night. In conclusion, don’t take long naps because can cause you not to go to sleep in the night.
To sum up my thoughts, famous people would take naps, different careers would let you take naps, and if you take long naps it might affect you when you go to sleep.
