The other day in class, we watched a video on Youtube. This video was called
Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared. This video was about the concept and ideas of creativity. The video started off and looked like a video for children; the happy music and puppet-animation style created a child-like mood. The video had three main characters and a guest; a green bird, yellow kid, and red-stringed man meets talking notepad. The notepad starts to sing a song, and creativity was its topic. The music and mood suddenly changes at the end of the video. This change turns the child-like vibe into a creepy vibe, and then video ends abruptly. The entire video was based on the use of creativity to create ideas. This question hits the main idea of what the video covered. Creativity is the use of the human mind to create a separate world by using an idea. Most often not, we use our imagination to expand our thought from one simple idea. From this one idea, we are able to create more ideas. Creativity allows us to find different perspectives from a single thought. This one idea, with the help of creativity, creates a diagram of different ideas inside our brain. Ideas are created in the mind, and so is creativity . This whole concept is like a painting. The idea is the sketch of the painting and all of the details that have been put into the sketch is the creativity. If the painting was to expand, there are more sketches within the details. Ideas forms creativity and creativity allow us to create ideas. Creativity allows us to expand and use our ideas. Our creativity shows the limitations and restrictions to our thought process.
