Don’t Be Scared
Some of us have it in our blood. Others follow precaution. May we be scared of uncertainty or used to playing with chance. The choice of seeking the unpredictable will always be out there. Growing up we are bound to make choices we’re unclear of the outcome. A child of 3 years might love being in water, and once they visit the public pool with their parents one hot afternoon, they’re immediately tempted to jump once they reach sight of the glistening blue wet landscape. They don't even second think the possibilities of falling, drowning, getting hurt,or in trouble. Only trying to reach her aqueous destination. Only when it comes to those things I or we generally truly desire which we sacrifice or risk for. In example, my mother of 47 years old. She always tells me stories of how life was for her back in Colombia when she was young. How difficult it was to get an education, even to see her own mother sometimes. To this day it is no doubt my mom had grown into a strong and independent women. Basically raising 3 kids by herself for how many years. With all her laborious years and thoughts of what if, she took that chance. She wanted better than living in a dangerous and crime filled city where you might accidently walk into a threatening stranger while walking to the bus stop. So she took it and without anyone's consent, she moved almost across the united states for the sake of a better future for her children. Over 1,400 miles, 20 hours, and 8 states away. Not knowing exactly how life would be once she gets there but only in thought of her selfless goal of preserving a chance of a safer and brighter future for her kids. Mothers take the most sacrifices and risks for their children. We all do for that something we deeply and truly want or love, for meaningful spark we search
