Donald (“Don”) J. Voska is the chief financial officer for Goodwill Industries of Orange County (GIOC) and has worked for GIOC for 17 and a half years, after previously working for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and at an accounting firm. Voska chose to leave the accounting firm for FDIC because of the constant traveling. Voska worked for FDIC in Dallas, Texas and then was relocated to manage sales at the new location in Irvine, California. Voska was quickly moving up in rank within the company and was on his way to working in Washington D.C., but he ultimately decided to leave because, again, of the constant traveling.
