After, reading about the King family I have found that there are a lot of things going on inside this family household. Some of the things I have found are that there is a huge problem with domestic violence between the father Marty and his wife Amy. Fortunately, they have been married for 19 years and have two teenage children there are still some underlining issues they are trying to deal with in their house due to financial problems. However, these problems are due to the fact that Marty is the only one in the house working because every time his wife Amy gets a job she has to leave it within a few weeks because of her need to take care of personal matters. Therefore, this puts a large burden on Marty because he is the only one paying all of the bills in their middle-class suburban home as well as providing for their two teenage children. Furthermore, he has to make sure that he gets a tight rein on all of the money being spent because they have been struggling for the last 15 years due to the fact that Amy is not working. However, I feel that Marty does not want Amy to work because he wants to be in control of everything that goes on within their home but this is only making matter worse.
