The Dollar Tree is a discount store that sells products $1.00 or less. This company is a very popular American chained discounted store. The Dollar Tree is also opened in Canada but is mainly served in America. As of 2015 the dollar store has a number of 13,600 locations only in the United States and Canada. This low discounted store sells cheap items but for a very affordable price for almost anybody. The products sold there range from a variety of items such as party supplies, food and snacks, health and beauty care products, seasonal housewares, toys, craft supplies, candy, gift bags and wraps, teaching supplies, etc. Even with its low discount, ever since 2012, The Dollar Tree has created coupons that manufactures would accept anywhere there is a Dollar Tree.The revenue for the dollar tree in US money is 8.6 billion as of 2015, operating income is 1.04 billion The revenue for the dollar tree in US money is 8.6 billion as of 2015, operating income is 1.4 billion as of 2015, the profit is 599 million as of 2015, total assets is 3.56 billion. …show more content…
